Brent Hardy Joins The John Hardy Group

ATLANTA, GA, Jul 31 (MARKET WIRE) --
The John Hardy Group, a leading global hospitality Development and
Development Services firm, today announced that Brent Hardy would be
joining the firm as Project Director commencing August 4, 2008. Hardy
will be based in St. Louis, Missouri focusing on the redevelopment of a
major 4 Star, 910-guestroom property after which time he will transfer to
The John Hardy Group's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Hardy has spent the last 3 years with Rosemann & Associates Architects of
St. Louis, Missouri. During that time, he was able to recruit several new
clients and projects resulting in significant new revenues while managing
multiple redevelopment projects. His primary expertise lies in the
redevelopment of existing historic structures for hospitality and
multi-family use. Prior to joining Rosemann he worked for the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratory in
Champaign, Illinois.

Brent is the recipient of a Master of Architecture and a Master of
Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Finance from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and also completed
coursework at L'Ecole d'Architecture de Versailles, in Versailles,
France. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as
the Programming Chair for the St. Louis Chapter's Young Leaders Group.
Brent is currently studying for the Architect Registration Exam and plans
on being NCARB certified in December 2008.
