Digimarc Cancels Earnings Call Due to Coincidence with Expiration of L-1 Tender Offer

Digimarc Corporation (Nasdaq:DMRC) today announced that it will
not be conducting the previously announced earnings conference call,
scheduled for Friday, August 1, 2008, at 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET, due
to the pending tender offer by L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc. for
Digimarc's common stock and related transactions.
