AllBridge Investments announced today it has completed a
significant equity investment in Helix Financial Group LLC ("Helix").

Formed in 2004, Helix is an international boutique consulting firm
that provides professional services and technology solutions to all
facets of the commercial real estate, structured finance and
investment management industries. Its clients include many of the
world's leading companies, including commercial and investment banks,
CDO managers, property owners, insurance companies, REITs, hedge
funds, specialty finance companies, law firms and various
institutional developers in the United States, Europe and Asia.
