Grants will help Texas nonprofits be energy-efficient
IRVING, Texas, July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- First Choice Power reminds Texas
nonprofits that they have one month left to apply for a First Choice Power
Reduce Your Use Grant. The $1,000 Reduce Your Use Grants provide funding for
energy-efficiency products and services to reduce nonprofits' energy usage and
costs now and in the future. The deadline is Sept. 1.
"Don't forget to tell your favorite nonprofit to apply: Reduce Your Use
Grants help community partners decrease their energy use, be more energy
efficient and have resources for their mission," said Jeff Weiser, president

Texas 501(c) 3 nonprofits that provide direct services to the communities

understand what guides the funding; to see what's funded; and to apply online
for First Choice Power Reduce Your Use Grants. Applications must be submitted
online by 5 p.m. on Sept. 1. Only one application per nonprofit is accepted
