solutions, today announced that Craig Julien has joined the company as
director of Global Product Management and Marketing for its Recruitment
Process Outsourcing (RPO) division. He has spent the last 13 years in the
HR outsourcing industry, with the last four years focused on the talent
acquisition and management sector, where he was a general manager for one
of the top five applicant tracking system (ATS) vendors.

    Julien has demonstrated considerable expertise in a number of areas,
including service delivery and management, sales, product management,
business development and strategy. Prior to his tenure in the HR industry,
he held a number of positions in operations management at a large national
insurance carrier. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of California at Irvine.
