KKR Financial Holdings LLC to Announce Financial Results for the Second
Quarter of 2008 and Host Earnings Call on August 7, 2008

SAN FRANCISCO, July 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KKR Financial Holdings
LLC (NYSE: KFN) (the "Company") announced today that it plans to release
financial results for the second quarter 2008 following the close of trading
on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, August 7, 2008.  The Company will
also host a conference call and audio web cast to discuss the financial
results on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.New York time.
