MetLife Countdown Sweepstakes Offers Fans a Chance to Win the
Ultimate Prize
Winner to Pull Yankee Stadium Regular Season Countdown Lever
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
It's more than a sign. It's a countdown of the final regular
season home games that the New York Yankees will play at one of the
most famous ballparks in the world. The MetLife Yankee Stadium Regular
Season Countdown Sign located in center field, officially counts the
number of remaining regular season home games scheduled to be played,
and provides fans with an opportunity to celebrate the final games.
Today, MetLife announced that it is giving one lucky fan the
ultimate opportunity to pull the Yankee Stadium Regular Season
Countdown Lever and become a part of history. The MetLife Countdown
Sweepstakes offers a fan the opportunity to step in and add their name
to a host of VIPs, celebrities and Yankees greats who have pulled the
lever.

in front of approximately 55,000 stadium fans during the New York
Yankees vs. Tampa Bay Rays game on Saturday, September 13, 2008,
scheduled to be broadcast on the YES Network. The Yankee Stadium
Diamond Vision screen will also carry the winner pulling the lever.

Yankees by offering the MetLife Countdown Sweepstakes as an exciting
farewell to Yankee Stadium," said Beth Hirschhorn, MetLife senior vice
president, Global Brand & Marketing Services. "This is a unique way to
