Jackson Model Receives Recognition as "Best of 50+ Housing"
RADNOR, Pa.--(Business Wire)--
Traditions of America, the Leader in Lifestyle Communities,
recently won the Silver Achievement Award at the National Association
of Homebuilders annual 50+ Housing Awards. The company's Jackson model
was identified as one of the finest attached floor plans in the
industry.

Competing against hundreds of builders from around the country is
familiar territory for Traditions of America. The company has entered
its models in similar competitions before. In fact, nearly all of the
models available in Traditions' five current communities have won
national recognition for their floorplans. As with the Jackson, each
prior 'win' was the result of judging by a panel of industry experts
from around the country.

"To be recognized by our peers and competitors is perhaps the
truest vote of confidence we could receive," says Traditions of
America Principal, Timothy McCarthy. "But for us, delivering a home
that satisfies all of our buyers' needs with award winning style is a
greater victory still."

The Jackson model was designed by Scott Roth of Roth Architects, a
leader in the field of Active Adult design. Roth's challenge was to
take all of the benefits of Traditions of America's single-family
homes, and deliver them in an attached model. "Buyers will be stunned
at how well this home 'lives' like a detached, single-family home,"
says Roth. It offers the 50+ homebuyer ample space that includes a
luxurious master retreat with two walk-in closets and a spa-like
master bath. Also included are a second bedroom, additional full bath,
appealing den/office, and a two-car garage, all offered within a
convenient single-floor package. A second-story option is available,
delivering a third bedroom and full bath, plus an open loft area. Both
plans provide generous and easily accessible storage space - a rarity
in many 50+ housing communities.

The Jackson model is available at each of Traditions of America's
current communities, along with other award-winning models.

Traditions of America, based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, with a
