Sara Lee Corporation to Host Live Webcast to Review Earnings for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
Sara Lee Corp. (NYSE: SLE) today announced that its review of
fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008 results will be broadcast live via
the Internet at 9 a.m. CDT on Thursday, August 7, 2008. During the
webcast, the company will discuss fourth quarter and year-end results,
take questions from analysts and provide an outlook for fiscal
year 2009, which began June 29, 2008.

   The live webcast can be accessed at www.saralee.com and is
anticipated to conclude by 10 a.m. CDT. For people who are unable to
listen to the webcast live, the earnings review will be available
two hours following the completion of the webcast in the Investor
Relations section of the Sara Lee corporate Web site until
Feb. 6, 2009.
