TABLE-Nigerian Ashaka cement's 2007 profit halves

 LAGOS, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Audited results of Nigeria's Ashaka
Cement Plc ACC.LG, partly-owned by UK's top cement producer,
Blue Circle, for its full-year ended Dec. 31, 2007, as published
by the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday:

 NOTE - The directors have proposed a bonus of one share for
every six already held for shareholders in the company's
register before Aug. 25, when the books would be closed.
