TABLE-Nigerian fuel retailer Conoil 2007 profit falls 8 pct

 LAGOS, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Audited results of Nigerian fuel retailer Conoil
Plc NTOL.LG, for its full year ended Dec. 31, 2007, as released by the
Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday:

 Profit after tax        2.59                    2.80
 NOTE - The company has proposed a dividend of 2.75 naira per share for
shareholders in the register before Aug. 4 when the books were closed.
