Dekolink Announces the Industry's First Dual-Band, 700/800 MHz Enhanced

US -- today announces the general availability of the Deko3178B, a dual-band,
mid-power, band-selective signal booster that is designed to support
multi-spectrum allocation needs for the public safety market.
Dekolink developed the Deko3178B as a flexible solution for those
customers that have now -- or will have in the future -- both 700 MHz and 800
MHz networks, as well as a response to the overall need for cost-effective
products to ease the mandatory rebanding process. Already Dekolink has
deployed a number of the Deko3178Bs across the US to support several coverage
scenarios, including a major metropolitan law enforcement agency with a need
for 700 MHz support in one area and 800 MHz in another, and an upcoming
national political venue requiring reliable, high-performance, multi-frequency
service.

Deko3178B takes up very little space and can be quickly and easily installed
in a rack, on the wall or on the ceiling. The compact form factor of the
Deko3178B also enables reduced maintenance costs in the way of both time and
resources. The Deko3178B utilizes IF SAW filtering for high out-of-band
rejection, can be monitored via wireless remote and accommodates all rebanding
phases without changing hardware.
The Deko3178B is part of Dekolink's family of 700/800 MHz dual-band
solutions that also includes digital multi-channel signal boosters and TTA
products. The 3178B is generally available now.
