NexxNow & PBL Join Forces: PBL China LLC Formed

BUFFALO, N.Y., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NexxNow, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: NXXN), a sports media and marketing company (developers
of the "ACE" Technology) and the Premier Basketball League ("PBL") have joined
forces on the eve of the Beijing Olympics via the formation of PBL China LLC.
PBL China LLC will pursue:
1. Television broadcast of PBL basketball games into and from China
worldwide
2. International league expansion
3. The formation of Chinese owned and operated PBL teams in the People's
Republic of China
4. Solicitation of international/national sponsorship of the PBL through
the utilization of NexxNow's "ACE" technology and multi-media platform
offering.

NexxNow recently joined forces with Pan Asia Investment and Management
Co., a China registered corporation, and added Dr. Fu Lo Jen and Huang Dasen,
of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, amongst others to its Chinese Advisory
Board. These relationships have forged ahead in pursuit of the broadcast of
PBL games and team formation within the PRC. NexxNow's vision has been
received enthusiastically by Chinese officials and high ranking members of
