that its earnings for its fiscal 2008 second quarter ended July 5,
2008 will be released prior to the market opening on Tuesday, August
12, 2008.

In conjunction with the release, the Company will host a real-time
webcast of the Company's second quarter fiscal 2008 earnings
conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on August 12, 2008.
