CARDIFF, Calif., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blackhawk Financial,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLWK) is on track to post the highest revenue in The
Company's history since inception. With multiple corporate consulting
contracts and two recent acquisitions announced, The Company's revenue and
assets will reach the highest levels at the end of FY 2008.
    COMPANY OVERVIEW -- Blackhawk Financial, Inc. is a Financial Services
Firm, specializing in acquisitions of privately held companies that are poised
