American Metal & Technology, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second
Quarter 2008 Results

HEBEI, China, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Metal & Technology,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMGY) ("American Metal," the "Company"), a leading
manufacturer in the People's Republic of China engaged in the development,
manufacture and sale of high-precision metal casting and metal fabrication
products to European and U.S. markets, today announced it will conduct a
conference call at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, to discuss the
Company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008.
