BELLEVUE, Wash.--(Business Wire)--
InfoSpace, Inc. (NASDAQ: INSP), a leading developer of metasearch
products, today announced a multifaceted partnership with
Petfinder.com, the largest online database of adoptable pets.

As part of the partnership, InfoSpace's flagship search site
Dogpile.com will be prominently featured on the Petfinder web site,
exposing Petfinder's millions of visitors to the Dogpile brand and its
metasearch technology. Dogpile and Petfinder will also jointly produce
and promote widgets and toolbars which will increase awareness of and
drive traffic to Dogpile.com, as well as promote Petfinder's
pet-related content and encourage the adoption of more than 250,000
adoptable pets within the extended Petfinder network of 11,000 local
shelters.

"This partnership is a great extension of the Dogpile brand," said
Bruce Allenbaugh, Chief Marketing Officer of InfoSpace. "By working
closely with Petfinder to introduce Dogpile's search experience and
our pet-affinity to their pet-loving audience we'll encourage
cross-traffic between the Dogpile and Petfinder sites."

"Since 1995, it has been Petfinder's mission to end euthanasia of
adoptable pets and to raise awareness of the millions of pets
available for adoption across the United States," said Betsy Saul,
founder of Petfinder. "InfoSpace has a unique position in the digital
world that will help us continue to fulfill this mission through
Dogpile's pet-friendly audience."
