ST. LOUIS--(Business Wire)--
The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the
regular quarterly cash dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share of
common stock payable September 10, 2008, to stockholders of record
August 15, 2008.
