Veteran Brokers Stephen Leider and Clarice Cornell Clarke Will
                            Head New Office
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Lee & Associates--one of the largest national commercial real
estate providers with regional expertise--has opened a new office in
Santa Barbara. The veteran brokerage team of Stephen Leider and
Clarice Cornell Clarke will head office operations. Both join Lee as
shareholders and principals.

Located at 1111 Chapala St., suite 100 in downtown Santa Barbara,
the office will be a sister operation to Lee & Associates' San Luis
Obispo and Santa Maria offices.

"This was the best move we could have made to better serve our
clients," said Leider, who was formerly with Leider Hayes, the Santa
Barbara brokerage firm he helped found. "It not only enables us to
serve our existing base in the tri-county area but, opens the window
of opportunity for our clients and the other clients Lee serves in and
outside of California."

Bill Lee, the founder of Lee & Associates, believes the addition
of Leider and Clarke will mean great things for the Lee network.

"I'm delighted to welcome Steve and Clarice as shareholders to our
corporation. Combined, they have almost a 40-year history of
commercial real estate excellence and are recognized by their peers,
clients and commercial real estate practitioners as two of the very
best commercial brokers on the Central Coast," said Lee. "The Santa
Barbara office opening for Lee & Associates represents the fourth
location for our organization on the Central Coast with existing
offices already in Ventura, Santa Maria & San Luis Obispo. We
anticipate a fifth office in Paso Robles before year end."

Initially Leider and Clarke, along with Jarod King, who will be
operating as an agent, will be the only brokers in the Santa Barbara
office, but they have plans to add more brokers in the coming months.

As the only female commercial real estate business owner in Santa
Barbara, Clarke has earned a superior reputation in retail and office
leasing, as well as developing a significant sales practice for her
investment clients.

"This move will provide a lot of synergy in that we'll be able to
provide our clients the benefits of a large, nation-wide organization
as well as seasoned professionals. You can't ask for a better referral
system," Clarke said.
