For high tech startup companies in south Texas that are in need of
equity funding, SATAI continues its workshops series entitled the New
Ventures Forum. This series of hands-on workshops enables these new
companies to more accurately prepare for appointments to the Texas
Emerging Technology Fund and the South Texas Angel Network.
SAN ANTONIO--(Business Wire)--
The mission of the SATAI New Venture Forum is to provide start-up
technology companies with the basic knowledge and skills needed to
improve their probability of equity funding.

The SATAI New Venture Forum is a quarterly program presented in 6
core sessions designed for start-up technology companies pursuing
Angel equity investment and/or ETF funding. Each session will be
approximately three hours in length and one session will be taught per
week over six consecutive weeks.

The classes are designed as hands-on workshops as opposed to
lectures/seminars. For each session, instructors and guest speakers
will be selected for their expert knowledge of the planned topic(s).
Core knowledge will be presented and then each participant will have
the opportunity to leverage their company as a case study in action.
Class size may be limited.

The New Venture Forum is sponsored by SATAI and is being developed
in partnership with the Institute of Economic Development (IED).

Participants may elect to have their venture apply to the South
Texas Angel Network, for funding consideration. The South Texas Angel
Network is an association of private angel investors that have an
interest in investing in high tech startups.
