Warsaw Hires
Team of Attorneys Joins From Wierzbowski Eversheds
NEW YORK, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm of Chadbourne
& Parke LLP announced today it has hired a team of four attorneys to
strengthen its practices in infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPP),
M&A and real estate in Poland.
Michal Kurzynski, Jacek Kosinski, Adriana Bronikowska and Krzysztof Lyszyk
are joining Chadbourne's Warsaw office from Wierzbowski Eversheds. Mr.
Kurzynski will be an International Partner, Mr. Kosinski and Ms. Bronikowska
will be European Counsel and Mr. Lyszyk will join as an associate. All the
attorneys are admitted in Poland.

Mr. Kurzynski is an expert in the areas of infrastructure and public-
private partnerships. His experience includes advising the Polish government
on a successful bid for the UEFA EURO 2012 Soccer Championship, and
representing the state road management agency GDDKiA in several toll road
projects. He will lead Chadbourne's infrastructure and PPP practice in
Warsaw.
Mr. Kosinski has more than 10 years of experience with real estate and
construction law, as well as in administrative proceedings. He has taken part
in major real estate transactions carried out in the Polish market, including
shopping malls and supermarkets.
Ms. Bronikowska has experience on projects involving toll roads, sports
and leisure and waste water treatment infrastructure. She has also advised on
UEFA EURO 2012 and represented the state road management agency GDDKiA in its
pioneering PPP projects.
Mr. Lyszyk has advised on numerous M&A transactions and has wide
experience in developing corporate structures for complex projects and
transactions. He also has worked on restructuring deals and disposals of
corporate assets.
