TransAKT Ltd. Announces Registration of New Subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong

TransAKT Ltd. (OTCBB: TAKDF) (the "Company" or "TransAKT"), a global

commercial and residential users, is pleased to announce that it has
registered TransAKT (Guangzhou) Ltd. in China, and TransAKT (Hong Kong)
Ltd., both wholly-owned subsidiaries of TransAKT Ltd.

primarily focus its marketing efforts on China, the world's fastest
