Fitch Affirms Modesto, California's Outstanding Wastewater Revs at 'A+'; Outlook Stable

In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings affirms the
'A+' rating on approximately $51.6 million in outstanding Modesto, CA
wastewater revenue bonds, series 2005A and 2006A. The Rating Outlook
is Stable.
