Zed Receives Credit for USD 143.8 Million to Fund New Acquisitions

MADRID, SPAIN and DENVER, CO, Aug 05 (MARKET WIRE) --
Zed, the leading mobile content company worldwide in terms of revenue and
geographical presence, has succeeded to sign a loan for a total amount of
USD 143.8 Million (EUR 92,5 Million*). The credit agreement has been
signed by five leading Spanish and international financial institutions
and will expire in 2013.

"The main objective of this loan is to finance the expansion plans of the
company and give a significant boost to our mergers and acquisition
policy," said Javier Perez Dolset, founder and chief executive officer of
Zed Worldwide. "The granting of this credit confirms that the market
continues to support Zed's past performance and future growth
opportunities."

Funding was granted by five banks; four of which, Banesto, BBVA, Banco de
Sabadell and Caja Madrid are based in Spain, and Internationale
Nederlanden Groep (ING) is an international firm. ING and Banesto will
both contribute $38.9 million (EUR 25M), BBVA $31 million (EUR 20M),
Banco de Sabadell $23.3 million (EUR 15M) and Caja Madrid $11.6 million
(EUR 7,5M).

Zed plans are to expand its activities to India and Brazil, two of the
world's largest markets by mobile subscribers, and operate in Australia
during 2008, as it expands its global presence. Zed's U.S. operations,
