RR Donnelley Announces Promotion of George Zengo to Group Chief Financial Officer

John Coyle Promoted to President, Catalog, Retail and Direct
Services

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE:RRD) announced today that
following the retirement of Troy Reed, George Zengo has been appointed
Group Chief Financial Officer, and will assume responsibility for all
finance functions for worldwide operations. In this role he will help
direct capital investments, target acquisitions, evaluate customer
business opportunities, establish pricing and scheduling policies, and
identify new avenues for optimizing the operational financial
performance of the company.

   The company also announced that John Coyle has been promoted to
fill Zengo's prior role as President, Catalog, Retail and Direct
Services. Coyle will assume responsibility for RR Donnelley's catalog,
retail inserts, direct mail, forms, labels and other direct selling
functions.
