Nordson to Grow in South Africa with Acquisition of MLT Systems Holdings

WESTLAKE, Ohio--(Business Wire)--
Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) today reported that it has
acquired MLT Systems Holdings (Pty) Ltd. and its subsidiary MLT
Application Systems (Pty) Ltd. of Cape Town, South Africa. Revenues of
MLT were not disclosed.

MLT employs a total of 15, operates additional field offices in
Johannesburg and Durban, and has been the exclusive distributor of
Nordson products in South Africa since 1989. Today the company
distributes and services Nordson's adhesive dispensing, EFD and
Primarc UV product lines.
