Showcase Cinema de Lux Patriot Place theatre to the public on August
8, 2008 in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

This is the second new National Amusements theatre featuring the
premium reserved-seating concept called Lux Level, which was launched
as a pilot program at Showcase Cinemas Randolph, Massachusetts, in
December 2007. This luxury dining experience allows guests to indulge
themselves with luscious meals, snacks, and cocktails before and
during the show. Showcase Cinema de Lux is National Amusements newest
brand, providing guests an enhanced level of luxury and comfort.

Lux Level guests are pampered with a variety of special amenities
including exclusive access to the Lux Level VIP lounge. The lounge
provides a relaxing place to meet with friends before or after the
movie, and guests can enjoy specialty cocktails and beverages from the
fully stocked bar, or order from the full menu. Once in the
auditorium, Lux Level patrons will sit in the soft-cushioned,
custom-designed love-seats with moveable armrests and swivel dining
trays which ensure a comfortable dining experience. The Lux Level
seating areas offer wider row spacing for spacious seating; service at
the push of a button; with wait staff utilizing special wireless
ordering devices that send your order instantly to the kitchen devoted
to Lux Level dining.

a lounge area outfitted with comfortable furniture and the latest
issues of newspapers and magazines.

The state-of-the-art theatre also offers movie-goers approximately
3000 seats in 14 auditoriums (four offer Lux Level seating), all
stadium style with Dolby(R) Digital Surround EX sound. Two of the
fourteen screens will be equipped with both the latest in digital 2K
projection systems and Real D 3D projection.

Another experience that sets Cinema de Lux apart is Studio 3
Restaurant and Bar, a full-service restaurant featuring American fare
in a relaxed, sophisticated setting. Menu items at Studio 3 Restaurant
and Bar include appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza and a wide
variety of other dining options. Studio 3 Restaurant and Bar also
features a full service bar with beer, wine and our innovative
signature specialty drinks. Patrons will be able to enjoy dinner
and/or drinks before or after the movie, or just stop by to meet
friends for lunch/dinner or an afternoon snack. Or on game day,
drop-off your non-sports loving friends and family for a movie and

Showcase Cinema de Lux Patriot Place will offer patrons a wide
variety of concessions from classic movie fare such as popcorn and

& Jerry's ice cream and a coffee bar service area featuring Starbucks

Beginning on the official opening day, August 8, 2008 the
following newly released films will be shown: Pineapple Express, The
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor, Swing Vote, The Dark Knight, and Mamma Mia; opening on August
13th is Tropic Thunder; and on August 15th, Star Wars: The Clone Wars
