OnTrac realizes greater efficiency for customers by consolidating Dispatch,
Customer Service and Route Management in San Jose.

PHOENIX, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- OnTrac, the regional leader in overnight
package delivery, announced the opening of the new OnTrac Support Center
today. The new center will centralize all dispatching services, route
management and field customer service. It will be housed in the new 35,000
square foot OnTrac facility in San Jose, CA.
    "The consolidation and management of these functions in one location, in
conjunction with recent technology advancements, will bring an improved level
of service to our customers," stated Rob Humphrey, chief operating officer,
OnTrac. "In transportation, information flow is second only to the successful
delivery of a package", Mr. Humphrey added.
    The new center will be fully staffed and operational by August 31, 2008.
Several new positions have been created with the opening of the new center in
San Jose. "We have achieved great success by centralizing tasks in the past,"
said Mr. Humphrey. "This new center will have an immediate and positive impact
for our customers."

including California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. The company
