Grill Concepts, Inc. to Host Fiscal 2008 Second Quarter Conference Call On
Monday, August 11

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 5, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Grill Concepts, Inc.
(Nasdaq:GRIL) today announced that the company will report financial results for
its fiscal 2008 second quarter on Monday, August 11, 2008, after the market
closes and will host an investor conference call that same day at 2 p.m. PT (5
p.m. ET).

Investment professionals are invited to participate in the live call by dialing

The call will be open to all other interested parties through a live,
