iPerceptions Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer

MONTREAL, Aug 05 (MARKET WIRE) --
iPerceptions Inc. (TSX-V: IPE) today announced that Martin Faucher, the
Company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the organization,
effective August 22nd, 2008. Mr. Faucher will ensure a transition until
the hiring of a new Chief Financial Officer.

relocate to Quebec City. I have been working for the Company for over a
year, have helped the Company become public, and I am proud to see that
