NEW YORK, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Jennifer Lopez, SELF Magazine's
September cover model, launches an exclusive new blog at www.Self.com when the
magazine hits newsstands today, Monday, August 18. Lopez, one of SELF's reader
picks for the 10 Most Inspiring Women of 2008, will raise money for the
Childrens Hospital Los Angeles by competing in her first triathlon with SELF
Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger.

Doing the race the same year as she gave birth to twins and as a way to
support an important charity combines several of Lopez's personal post-baby
goals. She tells SELF, "The babies have actually made me more ambitious. I
feel all this newfound inspiration."
