J.D. Power and Associates to Release 2008 Credit Card Satisfaction Study

J.D. Power and Associates will release the results of the 2008 Credit Card
Satisfaction Study at 8 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
The study, now in its second year, measures customer satisfaction with
credit cards by examining five key factors: interaction; billing and payment
process; fees and rates; reward programs; and benefits and services. The
study results include a ranking of the largest credit card issuers in the U.S.
