Brantley Capital Corporation to Make Third Distribution

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Brantley Capital Corporation (BBDC.PK) (the "Company") today
announced revised payment and ex-dividend dates for its previously
announced distribution $.35 per share. The revised payment date for
the $.35 per share distribution is September 5th, 2008 and the revised
ex-dividend date is September 8, 2008.
