Les Schwab Tire Centers has recently become aware of a fraudulent
press release that was issued on behalf of the company.

   The release appears to be issued by Western Tire Industry News,
and, according to Les Schwab's preliminary investigation, this
organization does not exist. There is also no factual basis to the
content of the press release.
