EQT Divests Final Stake in Duni

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(Business Wire)--
EQT I and EQT III ("EQT") have through Duni Holding AB sold
7,858,644 shares in Duni AB, representing 16.72 percent of the shares
in Duni AB, to Swedish and international investors.
After the divestment EQT owns no more shares in Duni AB.
EQT I and EQT III comprise a part of a group of private equity
funds that manage approximately EUR 11 billion in equity in 11 funds.
EQT Partners, acting as investment advisor to all EQT funds, has
offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Frankfurt, Munich,
New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The EQT Funds realise their business
concept by acquiring, financing and developing high-quality medium
sized companies in Northern Europe and Greater China. They serve as an
active owner and works in close co-operation with the management of
the companies it acquires, to develop and implement value-enhancing
strategies. In total EQT Funds have invested in about 60 companies.
