DUBLIN Aug 27 (Reuters) - Kingspan (KSP.I) will be disappointed if earnings this year do not at least beat the lower end of analysts' forecasts, Chief Executive Gene Murtagh said on Wednesday.

"What is out there is out there in terms of expectations," Murtagh told Reuters in an interview. "We would be disappointed not to at least beat the lower end."

The Irish building materials group (KSP.L) repeated on Wednesday it expected lower earnings this year. (Reporting by Jonathan Saul; editing by Sue Thomas)
