German stocks - Factors to watch on Aug 27

FRANKFURT Aug 27 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.1 percent lower on Wednesday, according to pre-market data from brokers at 0630 GMT.
The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Wednesday (share price indications at 0630 GMT):
COMMERZBANK (CBKG.DE), ALLIANZ (ALVG.DE)
Commerzbank indicated unchanged
Allianz indicated 0.1 percent higher
Talks over the sale of Dresdner Bank are in full swing, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, with both China Development Bank (CDB) [CHDB.UL] and Commerzbank (CBKG.DE) involved. [ID:nLQ64432]
The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper said CDB was prepared to pay considerably more for Dresdner than Commerzbank.

TUI (TUIGn.DE)
Indicated 1.0 percent lower
Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) (NEPS.SI) has not yet decided whether to go through with a bid for TUI's Hapag-Lloyd unit and the market environment for a purchase has deteriorated, NOL's CEO told German newspaper Die Welt.
He told Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper it was not clear whether TUI will sell the unit and that a bidding war was not likely. [ID:nLQ474997]

E.ON EONG.DE
Indicated 0.1 percent higher
