Natixis to offer rights at 35-40% discount -source

LONDON Aug 27 (Reuters) - Natixis (CNAT.PA) is likely to offer its 3.7 billion euro rights issue at a discount of about 35 percent to 40 percent, a source familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
The bank, the fourth largest listed bank in France and which reports second-quarter results on Thursday, will hold a shareholder meeting on Friday to vote on terms of the rights issue.
Natixis shares were down 2.68 percent on Wednesday at 5.82 euros at 1428 GMT. (Reporting by Daisy Ku; Editing by Quentin Bryar)
