BASIS Announces Management Changes

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(Business Wire)--
BASIS International Ltd. announces changes to their senior
management.

George Hight, President and CEO of BASIS International Ltd.,
resigns his position and redirects his efforts and energies in growing
the Audev de Mexico operation while remaining a member of the BASIS
staff.

Under Mr. Hight's 13-year tenure, BASIS achieved its current
position of strength, both in terms of their core BBj(R) and other
BBx(R)-family of products and the market potential that awaits their
newest AddonSoftware(TM) and Barista(R) endeavors.

As part of their succession plan, the Board of Directors appoints
Dr. Kevin W. King and Nico Spence to the Board of Directors. Dr. King
adds President to his CIO title and Mr. Spence assumes the title and
position of CEO and Chairman of the Board. Together, they will manage
the day-to-day business operations in their respective spheres of
expertise and collaborate in their overlapping and intersecting roles.
