Spain's Criteria sees 2008 dividend at 0.21 eur

MADRID Sept 2 (Reuters) - Criteria Caixacorp SA said it expects to pay a 2008 full-year dividend of 0.21 euros per share.

In a presentation ahead of today's conference call, Criteria said it expects 2008 recurring net profit to increase 26 percent to 785 million euros from a year earlier. (Reporting by Jonathan Gleave; Editing by David Holmes)
