Remote Signature Capture and Secure Document Delivery Available
24/7 Anywhere, Anytime
LINDEN, N.J.--(Business Wire)--
Integrated Media Management (IMM)(R), which specializes in output
management and document automation technology, recently announced that
30 credit unions have now selected its TotaleAtlasWeb solution.
TotaleAtlasWeb is a software application that allows credit unions to
service their members anywhere in the world by sending documents and
capturing digital signatures, securely, via the Web. The newest
customers include Centra Credit Union, Service Credit Union, USSCO
Johnstown FCU and US Employees Credit Union.
"We have members all over the world, so we needed a document
delivery service that would eliminate the courier process that we
currently use and allow us to serve our members as if they live around
the corner from a branch," Bill Newman, CIO at Service CU, explained.
"We have been an IMM customer since 2004, and we were very impressed
with the technology and the experience level of the staff. They
conducted two demos of TotaleAtlasWeb and everyone on the management
team agreed that the solution was a perfect fit for the needs of the
credit union and our members."
With more than 112,000 members and branches in New England and
Germany, Service CU was originally chartered to serve members at a
local air force base. Today, members reside in every state in the
United States and more than 40 countries worldwide and TotaleAtlasWeb
will allow Service CU to maintain the level of service to remote
members as if they still lived near a branch. The credit union has
experienced significant growth and TotaleAtlasWeb will help it to
accommodate that growth by securely and efficiently delivering
documents for signing while keeping costs down.
TotaleAtlasWeb offers end-users the convenience of completing and
signing their private documents when and where they prefer in a timely
fashion. Secure transmission is provided for all content along with
notification to the lender after the documents and data are delivered.
TotaleAtlasWeb eliminates the time it takes for members to receive and
send documents and also saves money previously spent on expensive
courier services whether in state or abroad.
"Credit unions have always worked to attract and retain members
and in the midst of the current economic downturn, retention has
become increasingly critical," Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM, added.
"TotaleAtlasWeb provides members with the convenience they need to
continue to conduct business with a credit union that has provided
superior service and built a strong relationship. The solution extends
that relationship beyond geographic borders and allows documents to be
signed anytime, anywhere."
