Sitel Opens New Customer Care Center in Germany

  NASHVILLE, TN, Sep 02 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Sitel, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider,
today announced that it is opening a new customer care facility in
Berlin, Germany. The site is scheduled to open on October 1, 2008 and is
expected to bring up to 1,000 new jobs to the Berlin community over the
next three years.

    Sitel selected Berlin for the region's excellent communication
infrastructure, multilingual workforce and tremendous opportunity for
growth. Sitel currently employs more than 3,000 agents in Germany at seven
centers across Krefeld, Duesseldorf, Dessau and Wittenberg.
