Commercial Real Estate Finance Firm Expands to a New Location

TUSTIN, Calif., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Capitalequity.com, known as
Capital Equity Inc., a Commercial Real Estate Finance Company (since 1989)
with offices in California and Miami, has announced that it has moved the
corporate offices to new facilities to the City of Tustin, Calif., located at
1432 Edinger Ave., Suite 130, Tustin, CA 92780.
The company cited the commercial real estate finance sector's sluggish and
tight lending markets are offering more opportunities for growth in the
private capital side of the equation.
"We are excited about our move to new offices in Tustin," said Demetri
Gutierrez, GRI, a USC and Harvard Business School Graduate and the company's
founder, who happens to be one of the original founding shareholders in Santa
Ana Business Bank, in a statement. "Our new location will allow Capital Equity
Inc. to better serve many of our Commercial Real Estate investor and developer
clients who are always seeking new capital sources for Refinance, Purchase,
Construction or Bridge for Apartment Buildings, Mobile Home Parks, Self
Storage and Retail Shopping Centers and will also allow us an opportunity to
further grow and add new staff and resources."
"Many of our clients e-mail us at gocapitalequity@aol.com or stop by for a
free quote or just to say hello," Demetri said in a statement. Demetri had the
opportunity to meet Donald Trump at The Exclusive Mara Lago Club years ago and
has always admired and respected Donald Trump's work in the Commercial Real
Estate Industry.
