Instrumentation Laboratory Ships 1500th ACL Top(R) Hemostasis Testing System

today announced that it has produced and shipped its 1,500th ACL TOP
Hemostasis Testing System. IL began shipping the original ACL TOP system to
customers in 2004. Since then, the Company has introduced the ACL TOP CTS,
featuring closed-tube sampling, in 2006 and the ACL TOP 500 CTS, for the
mid-sized lab earlier this year. The ACL TOP Family of analyzers has achieved
a significant worldwide market share and the instruments are now shipped to
customers in over 20 countries around the world. This year, annual sales of
the ACL TOP Family are expected to exceed 600 units worldwide.
