Adura Announces, ISE's Former Chairman, Mike Simon, Hybrid Vehicle Industry Executive, Joins Advisory Board

MENLO PARK, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Mike Simon, an industry thought leader and a founder, former
Co-CEO and Chairman of ISE, a provider of Hybrid drivetrains for
buses, has joined Adura Systems' Advisory Board.

As co-founder of ISE in 1995, Mike was an early pioneer in
developing the vision of hybrid drivetrains for heavy-duty
applications. Mike guided ISE through its early developments, and
through their most successful hybrid products and fuel cell systems.
While Mike left ISE's day-to-day operations in 2005, he remained on
their Board through this past August. Mike has been active in a
variety of strategic fuel efficiency and clean tech initiatives
throughout the country. Mike is currently a Director at General
Atomics' Commercial Business Unit.

"Mike's experience with heavy duty hybrid drivetrains, sourcing,
manufacturing operations and industry knowledge makes him the ideal
person for strategic counsel," said Adura's CEO Marv Bush. "The
addition of a seasoned industry executive to the Advisory Board at
Adura demonstrates that Adura is focused on redefining fuel efficiency
and applying unique Silicon Valley expertise in building the next
great energy efficient drivetrain technology."

"The opportunity to work with the leading fuel efficiency
drivetrain IP company in the world, and one that is quickly developing
its brand, is very exciting," said Mike. "The team has the vision,
passion and the engineering expertise to make Adura a driving force of
change."

Mike holds a Masters in Engineering and BA degrees from Stanford.
Mike is the 5th Stanford Alum at Adura.
