Capital Oil & Gas, Inc. Has Been Approached to Acquire Fifteen Additional Full
Service Independent/Retail Shell Gas Stations

HIALEAH, Fla., Sept 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital Oil & Gas, Inc.
(OTC: CPOG), announced today that it has been approached to acquire a package
of fifteen independently owned Shell service stations.
The company is very interested in this opportunity, but it is still in
major negotiations to acquire the previously announced eleven service
stations, representing at least $55,000,000 to $60,000,000 per year in
revenues.
The company will never let an opportunity pass by, so we will look at all
or part of this proposed package, as it is well known in the industry that we
are major buyers of retail petroleum outlets.
