HIMC Corporation's (Pink Sheets:HMCO) Board of Directors announced
plans to conduct their annual Shareholder Meeting on Friday, September
12, 2008 at 2:00 pm (PDT). The meeting will take place in the offices
of their subsidiary, ITI Internet Services, Inc. located at 1130
Broadway Plaza, Suite 205, Tacoma, WA 98402.
