TORONTO, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Wireless Age Communications, Inc.
(OTCBB:WLSA) ("Wireless Age" or the "Company") today announced that it has
filed its interim unaudited financial statements as at June 30, 2008 under
Form 10-Q and its amended audited financial statements as at December 31, 2007
and 2006 under Form 10KSB/A with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Gary N. Hokkanen, Wireless Age CFO stated, "With these filings last Friday,
the Company returns to a filing compliant status and the symbol flag should be
