ISELIN, N.J.--(Business Wire)--
AmeriHealth New Jersey, a health care insurance carrier based in
Iselin and Mt. Laurel, N.J., has secured exclusive naming rights to
the New Jersey Devils' practice facility, adjacent to the Devils'
Prudential Center arena in Newark.

As part of a four-year agreement, the Devils' 1,200-seat practice
facility is now the AmeriHealth Pavilion. AmeriHealth Pavilion signage
will soon be posted in locations inside and outside the facility.

"Our affiliation with the Devils further solidifies AmeriHealth
New Jersey's commitment to the northern and central regions of our
state by deepening our ties to the businesses and communities we
serve," said Michael Munoz, vice president, sales and marketing for
AmeriHealth New Jersey. "We're also equally proud to play a part in
the ongoing revitalization of Newark."

With this naming agreement, AmeriHealth has extended its current
sponsorship of the Devils, which includes display of the company's
logo on-ice; 360-degree digital, electronic signage; and other
promotional opportunities within the Prudential Center arena. The
agreement also names AmeriHealth as the exclusive health care
advertising partner at both the New Jersey Devils' practice facility
and its home arena at the Prudential Center.

The AmeriHealth Pavilion also hosts other events including amateur
hockey tournaments, camps and clinics, in addition to being the
primary practice facility for the New Jersey Devils.
