Reinforces Its Leading Position in the Talent Acquisition Industry
RALEIGH, N.C.--(Business Wire)--
Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global talent acquisition solutions
and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance provider, today announced
continued profitable growth and a record $27 million in revenue for
the first half of 2008. Contributing to this success was the addition
of numerous clients across all three product lines in the first and
second quarter. New clients ranged from small-to-mid-size businesses
to large multi-national organizations with specific growth for
Peopleclick's High Volume solution.

Jobs2Web and an expanded partnership with CareerBuilder.com. Jobs2Web
will offer Peopleclick clients search engine optimization (SEO) moving
their career sites even closer to the candidate via Google, Yahoo and
other prominent search engines. Peopleclick and CareerBuilder.com
launched their Shared Application feature, which offers candidates a
streamlined application process through Peopleclick RMS(TM).

   Peopleclick's focus on talent acquisition and investment in R&D
has resulted in the delivery of two new products in the marketplace
during the first half. Newly unveiled, Peopleclick Interview
Scheduling provides a flexible self-service solution for scheduling
and accepting large volumes of interview invitations online. Also
recently launched, Peopleclick Onboarding creates relationships with
new hires post offer letter acceptance, but before their official
start date by establishing a channel of communication that begins the
socialization process.

   Finally, Peopleclick's Affirmative Action Solutions and Vendor
Management System continue to see steady gains and have brought in an
increase in revenue. These developments, along with continued
expansions in the install base, have resulted in the most successful
half to date.
